The company also has various operations in 3 other Michigan cities as well as one overseas office in China. â€Å"Riordan has a 46 million annual earning† and their major customers are automotive parts manufacturers, aircraft manufacturers, the Department of Defense, beverage makers, bottlers, and appliance manufacturers†, (UOP Virtual Organization, 2006). This company was started by a chemistry professor in 1993 and has expanded over the last 7 years. An upgrade to Windows Server 2003 is suggested because it has better security built in than Windows NT servers. Using Windows Server 2003 the Internet Connection Firewall (ICF) can be enabled. The ICF, when enabled is designed to monitor the destination and source of IP addre sses that come and go through the Internet. The ICF also discourages port scanning through the internet connection (Palmer, 2003). A border gateway should be established to control the traffic that is allowed to cross the border from any direction. The border gateway will block communications from any IP addresses where problems have arose in the past. The gateway could also block any computer outside the network unless permission is given from inside the network. Packet filtering can also be enabled to block or allow packets from specified protocols (Palmer, 2003). Pontiac, Michigan Plant The Pontiac, Michigan plant utilizes an internet protocol (IP) wide area network to transmit data to and receive it from the San Jose (headquarters) and to the manufacturing floor. In order to protect the data from eavesdropping, the first line of defense is to encrypt the data. There are a myriad of encryption tools to accomplish this. Keeping such motive, the topic that has been selected for this research is Development of numeracy skills for 4th grade student. Fifteen scholarly articles have been included in this literature review and it has been found that enhancing the basic learning capability increases the numeracy skillsin children from their childhood. This test gave the view about how students feel while solving numerical problems. From this article it was found that students eventually take longer time in solving patterns and logical representations. Thus, it can be said that (Jimenez Kemmery, 2013), gave the practical approach in solving numerical problems through working patterns and logical representations. It is quite evident that students need to get better assistance and better considerations from teachers in solving logical numeracy. According to (Van Hoof, Verschaffel, Van Dooren, 2015), natural number bias is another aspect that confuses students. There are several formulas for natural numbers and rational numbers numeracy and hence students get confused in solving such problems. Hence, it can be said that teachers need to work over here to mitigate such confusions, but this article does not provide the method to enhance traditional learning procedure. On the other hand, (Skwarchuk, Sowinski, LeFevre, 2014), give the idea that agile approach must be included in the education system. The approach of virtual representation helps in increasing the attraction of children. According to them, virtual approach is very much necessary in this era as traditional means of learning has saturated the process of learning. In their method of quantitative approach, they gave the view that children are considerably taking less time in solving patterns as they need not create illustrations in minds. This is an innovative appro ach in numeracy education, which was found to be required by (Mulligan, 2015). Thus, from the articles it can be said that students will get better learning approaches with the initiative of virtual representations through the agile approach. Activities for Numeracy Skill Development According to (Skwarchuk, Sowinski, LeFevre, 2014), formal home learning activities are one of the best ways to increase the learning capabilities of children. Most of the time, it is found that children lack assistance from their parents who are busy in jobs. Parents feel students cannot get motivation in solving numeracy unless parents play an active role. On the other hand, they contradicted that due to their busy life they are unable to spend time with their wards and often experience a feeling of frustration, leading to a gap between parents and children. Thus, it can be said that professional teachers are best for creating the base of numeracy of students. They believe that students will get more time in solving basic numeracy right from kindergarten if working memory is optimized. Thus, it can be said that through changes in learning procedure children will be more accompanied by teachers and thereby enhance the style of numeracy skill development. This study was conducted in Australia, where they feltthat the education system needs to undergo change from an initial stage so that the base of students can be made concrete right from the start. On the other hand, (Van Hoof, Verschaffel, Van Dooren, 2015), gave the view that numeracy development does not need to be changed from kindergarten, as this will hamper the basic numeracy skill development. This research-based article gives the view of early numeracy skill development from 3rd grade. According to them, the statistical analysis gave the view of early skill development and the variance is prominent from 3rd grade students as such students have the capability of data-modeling and logical representation ability. According to them, professional teachers get the idea from the article as to where contingency educational skill can be applied for distinct student. The beautiful Anna Fedorova opened the piece as the soloist for the piano (Youtube,2017). The conductor of the piece does a marvelous job of queuing in the orchestra to accompany the solo piano opening. It is rather sensual and inviting. Creating a wave of deep emotions that fill the theater as the tempo begins to quickly speed up (Kamien,2015). The first movement, perhaps the most famous, is just the beginning of a creative display of virtuosic piano playing built into a romantically reminiscent orchestra (Classic Cat. 2017). It rings in a central theme, creates a dark mood, and commences the concerto on good terms. What is perhaps most exciting about the first movement is the tension created in the middle of the piece that adds up to a highly climactic twist; hearing each of the instruments raise the emphasis on intensity, abrasiveness, and virtuosity while still maintaining control. (Classic Cat. 2017).This is just the first movement. The second movement slows down the moderately quick paced tempo used in movement one and focuses on resting the listeners mind and preparing it for the final part. It shows more of an expression of romanticism rather than the first movements more contemporary virtuosic theme (Classic Cat. 2017). This is an excellent balanced move by Rachmaninoff, continuing a traditional concerto prototype: moderate, slow, fast. One may have a better analyze of the composers romantic side of the concerto, seeing that the orchestra still has some liberty and dominance, not being overly restricted by the piano, which would normally be prominent. This is another great choice in creating a perfect balance and chemistry in this concerto. (Kamien,2015). Listening to the first two movements is only a small preview for the outstanding finale. There is hardly any possible way the audience could prepare for the final movement, which goes over the top with virtuosity and commences into something very, classically turbulent, although the orchestra seems to know just when to grab the audiences attention and this is noticeable through the constant flurries of notes between the piano and the orchestra, snaking up and down the scales. (Kamien,2015). I would highly recommend to anyone who has not seen this performance before. It has amazing sound quality and the atmosphere is absolutely breathing taking. This might be one of the greatest masterpieces made by Rachmaninoff and possibly of the 20th century. (Classic Cat. 2017).
